1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Lensly. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Lensly mobile application ("App").

By downloading, accessing, or using Lensly, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.

Lensly does not require users to create an account, register, or log in. The App may use a unique user identifier associated with your use of the App to provide its features and services.

2. About Lensly

Lensly is an AI-powered photography assistant designed to help users analyze photographs and receive AI-generated insights and suggestions related to their images.

Lensly may use artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies to analyze images provided by users. AI-generated results are intended for informational and educational purposes only.

Important: AI-generated analysis may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate for every situation. You should use your own judgment when interpreting or acting on any information provided by Lensly.

3. Camera Access

Lensly may request access to your device's camera so that you can take photographs directly within the App for analysis.

Camera access is optional. You can deny camera permission through your device settings. If camera access is denied, features that require taking a photo using the camera may not be available.

4. Photo Library Access

Lensly may request access to your device's photo library so that you can select existing photographs for analysis.

You control whether Lensly is granted access to your photo library. You may manage or revoke this permission at any time through your device settings.

5. AI Image Analysis

When you submit an image for analysis, Lensly processes the image using AI services to generate analysis, recommendations, observations, or other photography-related information.

AI analysis may include observations about photographic composition, lighting, exposure, focus, subject placement, framing, color, or other visual characteristics.

You acknowledge that AI-generated information can contain errors, inaccuracies, or unexpected results. Lensly does not guarantee that any AI-generated analysis will be accurate or suitable for a particular purpose.

6. Community and User-Generated Content

Lensly may allow users to publish photographs that have been analyzed by the App to a community area where other users can view, like, and interact with shared content.

If you choose to publish an image to the Lensly community, you understand that the image and associated public information may be visible to other users.

You are solely responsible for content that you choose to publish. You must have the necessary rights, permissions, and authority to share any image or other content that you upload or publish through Lensly.

You must use the Community responsibly and respectfully. You must not use Lensly to publish, upload, transmit, or otherwise distribute content that:

Content Moderation

Lensly may use automated systems, technical safeguards, user reports, and human review to identify and moderate objectionable or abusive content.

Lensly reserves the right to review, restrict, remove, or disable access to content that violates these Terms or that we reasonably believe may be harmful, inappropriate, illegal, or disruptive to the community.

Content may be removed without prior notice when necessary to protect users, comply with applicable law, or maintain the safety and integrity of the Community.

Reporting Objectionable Content

Users may report objectionable or abusive content through the reporting functionality provided within the App.

Reports may include information about the reported content and the reason for the report. Lensly uses these reports to investigate potential violations of these Terms and Community Standards.

Lensly will review and take appropriate action on reports of objectionable or abusive content within 24 hours of receiving the report, where reasonably practicable.

Appropriate action may include removing the reported content, restricting its visibility, suspending the responsible user, or terminating the user's access to the Community or the App.

Blocking Users

Users may block other users through the blocking functionality provided within the App.

When you block a user:

Blocking a user does not prevent Lensly from independently reviewing or taking action against content or behavior that violates these Terms.

Enforcement

Lensly may, at its sole discretion and to the extent permitted by applicable law, remove objectionable content and suspend or terminate users who violate these Terms or Community Standards.

Users who engage in abusive, harmful, illegal, or repeated violations may be permanently prevented from accessing the Community or using the App.

7. Likes and Community Interactions

Lensly may provide features that allow users to like photographs or interact with publicly shared content.

You agree not to manipulate likes, engagement, rankings, or other community metrics through automated systems, fraudulent activity, spam, or other deceptive methods.

You must not use community features to harass, target, intimidate, or otherwise abuse another user.

8. Your Content

You retain ownership of photographs and other content that you submit to Lensly.

By publishing content publicly through Lensly, you grant Lensly the limited rights necessary to host, store, display, reproduce, and distribute that content as part of operating and providing the Community features of the App.

This permission applies only as necessary to provide, operate, maintain, and improve the relevant Lensly services and does not transfer ownership of your content to Lensly.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and permissions to publish your content.

9. Privacy
